Four Seasons Hotel George V

Just off the Champs-Elysées, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris is superbly located in the heart of the most fashionable quarter of Paris. Fronting on Avenue George V, it is ideally situated near the business district and major tourist attractions.

The 244 rooms Hotel includes 59 suites. Classic French furnishings and Parisian style create an elegant residential atmosphere. The hotel’s5 Michelin starred restaurants serve refined cuisine in an elegant and warm atmosphere.

We are looking for our Parisian property for an experienced and qualified Responsable du Studio Fleurs (M/F).

The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country

A fluent level of French.

Position based in Paris.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals with exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communications skills.Someone who is able to successfully multi-task in a fast-pasted environment, is proactive, creative, and enjoys working in a team environment.

Essential Functions

• To master all the procedures of the Studio Fleurs and to ensure that they are applied by the members of his team.
• Master the inventory of flowers in order to ensure an excellent allocation in accordance with the expectations of the customers.
• Place orders for flowers according to the themes determined for public places.
• Respond to any customer enquiries regarding the hotel or direct the customer to the appropriate department.
• Preparing quotations for clients.
• Supervising the work of the Florists.
• Knowing the hotel’s security procedures and applying them in accordance with them.
• To check the work and the follow-up of the procedures of the Flowers Studio team in respect of the Quality Criteria (core standards and internal directives).
• To carry out Quality Criteria on each of his collaborators in order to ensure that the Standards are well acquired and put into practice with a view to providing a constant quality of service.
• To actively participate in department meetings.
• To analyse and evaluate the work of his/her staff and to submit annual evaluations within the set deadlines.
• Support the integration and training of new employees and assist them in their tasks.
• To carry out Quality Criteria on each employee to ensure that the Standards are learned and applied in order to provide a consistent quality of service.
