A Creative Strategist at Meta is a creative builder who has an appetite for learning, experimenting and is passionate about shipping great future-facing work. Creative Strategists embrace the opportunity to use our variety of creative canvases and technologies to engage communities of people with richly crafted storytelling and experiences, delivered on the channels that matter most to our audiences. As a Creative Strategist you’ll leverage your strategic and creative thinking to bring ideas to life across the entire family of Meta apps and services (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Quest, etc.) supporting branding and performance across industries in France. You will develop ‘lighthouse’ campaign work, building scalable campaigns, crafting industry-leading thought pieces, as well as helping to shape the core Facebook and Instagram advertising products and platforms. You’ll go deep with a set of world-class disruptors, clients, creative agencies and internal partners, as well as scale by positively influencing thousands of others. You and your team will be some of the first to build strategy and creative for the world’s new age brands.This role is located in our Paris office.

Creative Strategist, Creative Shop – France (11-Month Fixed Term Contract) Responsibilities:

  • Continually inspire our clients and the creative industry by creating or co-creating game-changing ideas that shape the future of advertising with special focus on video content (Feed, Stories and Reels) and direct response
  • Develop strategies and creative ideas that transform our clients’ business
  • Roll up sleeves in flat creative organization to lead projects end-to-end: art direction, prototype, design, production
  • Appetite for building ideas with a high level of craft
  • Partner with other Creative Strategists on the team, external agencies and partners to make your and their ideas shine on our platforms
  • Design and develop assets in ecosystems focused on performance (direct response, lead generation, app download and commerce

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience as creative working at creative agencies, innovation studios, in-house creative teams, startups or non-traditional content creators
  • Experience delivering creative work on projects, across a variety of touch points
  • Proven experience in bringing an idea to life on a white board or presentation
  • A link to an online portfolio showcasing your work
  • Fluency in French and English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Video and mobile first mindset and experience producing in the mobile first space
  • Detailed knowledge of the Meta’s mobile family platforms and their portfolio of products
  • Experience bringing ideas to life with high quality comps and prototypes using creative software and other tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Sketch, Keynote, etc.
