Reporting to the Simcenter Messaging & Alignment team, you will strengthen the team by participating in the development and execution of the internal communication plan for the department (2000 people) as well as supporting the creation and improvement of the marketing team’s own processes (40 people):
– You ensure the production of content to enhance the activities of the employees via various tactics (newsletter, quarterly departmental meeting, transversal HR & Innovation initiatives)
– You collaborate with all members of the marketing team to document best practices and improve internal procedures,
– You ensure the proper architecture of our intranet platform and its maintenance, as well as the monthly activity reports of the team.
Depending on your skills development and the team’s projects, your missions may evolve during your apprenticeship.

This 12 months apprenticeship is based in Lyon and available from September 2023.
Skills required:
– You have a good knowledge of communication tools and channels, and know how to use them effectively for both an external and internal audience
– Your team spirit and interpersonal skills will enable you to collaborate easily, ideally in an international environment.
– You are organized and proactive, have project management skills to carry out your missions and several projects in parallel
– You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and French, and a strong analytical and synthetic mind.
– You have a good command of Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint) would be an additional asset.
