Role: Senior Marketing Manager, Cervical Health EMEA & Canada
Location: Remote base in Europe (Germany, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland)
Travel: 50% International

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the strategic plan for Hologic’s EMEAC Cervical Health franchise in close collaboration with the wider Diagnostics EMEAC marketing team, US counterparts, Global portfolio, Commercial teams, Scientific Affairs, R&D… to achieve long term sustainable year on year growth.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Product & Portfolio Management
- Participate in creation and dissemination of EMEAC strategic plans to ensure profitable growth, and identify opportunities for cervical cancer screening in EMEAC
- Lead product strategy and drive portfolio management; develop product pipeline and roadmaps for the designated franchises in collaboration with Global Portfolio team
- Direct the product gating process for designated product category
- Responsible for New Product Introductions (NPI) including commercialization plans and packages for full launch
- Develop and execute annual regional marketing plan and manage regional marketing budget
- Collaborate with KOL, experts and consultants to identify unmet market and customer needs
Clinical Marketing
- Focus on clinical marketing & thought leadership via data generation, KOL development, and activation program
- Participate to the strategic plan to generate clinical evidence; develop and communicate clinical marketing content and initiatives based on scientific publications
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with a KOLs
Collaboration & Transversal Management
- Drive the product development process by providing data, accurate Customer Insights and reliable forecasts that inform portfolio analysis
- Collaborate with Scientific Affairs, Market Access, Global Portfolio and Market Development to identify, develop and execute development plan including health economic study and market research
- Influence and support EMEAC commercial entities for the development and execution of their local cervical health strategy and marketing initiatives
What you need to be successful in the role:
- Significant experience in a strategic international marketing role in the in-vitro diagnostics industry, experience with Cervical Health or Women’s Health is preferred
- Experience with clinical marketing
- Existing network and proven understanding of how to engage and leverage KOLs
- Experience of strategically shaping business direction and driving growth
- Track record of generating innovative ideas, processes or solutions that create value
- Ability to lead, collaborate and influence in a matrix organisation
- Degree qualified in a scientific field
- Fluent English required, another European language would be beneficial
