As Content Marketing Manager at PhantomBuster, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our content strategy. Your mission will be to improve our SEO and content strategies and delivery to increase the number of ICP sign-ups and free trial conversion rates. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of insightful, educational, and compelling content across various channels. This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing.
Your missions
- Content Strategy & Development: Develop and maintain a robust content calendar. Conceptualize and plan content that caters to our target audience, including creating niche-specific content pages. Work collaboratively with design and product teams to enhance content presentation and user experience.
- Content Management & Delegation: Produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content for our blog, newsletters, and social media channels. Produce valuable marketing content, including but not limited to social media posts, articles, infographics, case studies, and email newsletters. Ensure consistency and quality of our content.
- SEO Strategy & Planning: Work closely with Product to improve and pivot (if necessary) our Product SEO strategy. Design and implement advanced SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic. Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes and SEO best practices. Analyze our current SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analysis, Research & Reporting: Utilize tools like Ahrefs, Clearscope, Brevo (or similar), and internal data to perform research, analyze content and SEO performance. Make data-driven decisions to optimize our content and SEO strategies. Provide regular updates to stakeholders about content and SEO initiatives.

- Proficiency in online content creation across various formats and channels
- Excellent research skills and the ability to transform insights into educational content
- An eye for design and the ability to produce visually appealing content
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Exceptional written and spoken English plus the ability to translate complex topics into plain, catchy, and fun content
- Experience, understanding, or interest in lead generation, B2B Sales, growth hacking and similar topics,
