We are looking for a Sales Manager who will start from April 2024.
Working in collaboration with the catering team and the entire Marketing team, the Sales Manager will be in charge of conducting business development plans to develop given markets and reach individual goals.
The Sales Manager will be asked to travel multiple times per year to generate hotel awareness and create/maintain relationships with partners located all over the world.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills, but also creativity in connecting with decision-makers, can-do attitude and a passion for service, will be key characteristics required from the Sales Manager.
Four Seasons trainings and hotel’s management will be accompanying the Sales Manager to ensure keys for success will be given!
The Sales Manager will have:
- Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in the luxury hospitality segment
- Fluent spoken and written English speaker
- French spoken and written language preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal, organisational communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sales or Hospitality Education is preferable, however, not essential if applicants have previous relevant work experience
- We are looking for individuals who are strategic, proactive and who have a proven track record in sales
