Universal Pictures is a distribution company based in many countries around the world. It distributes numerous films in every country (the Jurassic World franchise, James Bond, The Minions, etc.).
Job Description
As part of UPI France’s marketing department, you will assist the Project Managers on part of the Universal Pictures International France cinema releases.
From film marketing strategy to setting up partnerships with brands and cinema circuits, you will contribute to the future success of our films (Dog Man, Michael, M3gan 2.0, How to train your Dragon, Black Phone 2, Jurassic World).
Responsibilities :
- Search for comparable films for tracking purposes
- Study of the competitive environment
- Study the impact of the marketing campaign on tracking
- Creation of the media agency’s brief on the film’s online and offline media buy
- Help build the release strategy in collaboration with the marketing department’s areas of expertise
- Monitoring the implementation of the various operational formats of the marketing campaign
- Preparation of strategic reporting presentations
- Help organize events (e.g. previews, events, influencers, etc.)
- Search for the most relevant data targets for the output
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in media/audiovisual, Sciences Po, business school.
- Excellent command of French, business fluent in English
- Knowledge of advertising/campaign mechanics
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Dynamic, willing, curious
- Proactive and rigorous
- Passionate about cinema
- Ability to prioritize
