Job Description

We have a truly international Talent Acquisition team based across France, Luxembourg, Poland, and the UK and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Recruiter to join us in Poland on either a fully remote or hybrid basis. Mangopay is at an exciting stage of scaling up, so you will work in a very fast-paced, ambitious, and agile environment, where hard work and ideas are valued. You will take full ownership of hiring across multiple areas and will partner with senior stakeholders including C-suite, VPs, and Heads of functions daily. The role also has lots of scope for you to get involved and drive additional projects focused on driving efficiencies, implementing hiring best practices, working on our employer brand, and excelling in our candidate experience!


What will you be responsible for?
  • Engaging and working in partnership with senior leaders to ensure the best candidate experience and to recruit the best people for their team
  • Designing and executing hiring strategies focused on attracting high-quality candidates in hard-to-fill areas, whilst maintaining a key focus on direct sourcing
  • Developing effective and innovative talent attraction strategies across multiple European markets
  • Candidate management from attraction, screening through to offer negotiation
  • Owning, driving, and contributing to recruitment projects
  • Using data to inform hiring decisions and engage stakeholders
  • Being the brand ambassador for Mangopay
  • Collaborating with the wider HR team to better understand the hiring need

  • You will be highly organized with a flair for keeping multiple plates spinning at once
  • You are passionate about exceptional people and take pride in watching them make an impact
  • You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with using data to inform hiring decisions
  • You are comfortable with change and ambiguity
  • You are a strong and transparent communicator and if you speak multiple languages that’s a big plus!
  • You will have a collaborative and innovative approach to making sure we hire the best people
  • You’ll be a naturally positive person who works well at speed and when under pressure
