Salesforce is seeking a forward-thinking, creative marketing specialist to support our ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategy and execution in France. This individual will monitor relationships, brand building, and awareness for our strategic accounts, considering the overall strategy for France. The ideal candidate will have experience in a B2B CRM sales or marketing role, with an understanding of the B2C market and what motivates and drives their go-to-market and software purchasing decisions.
Objective: Develop and deploy an ABM strategy to help our Sales teams:
- Close bigger deals with target accounts and increase pipeline velocity.
- Build and manage relationships with key/strategic accounts based on the strategy detailed in their Account Plans.
- Gain transparency on various points of contact within accounts, considering their levels.
- Discuss and plan specific activities and/or approaches on existing strategic activities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key point of contact for any requests regarding strategic accounts, considering account plans and industry timelines.
- Act as an advisor to help Account Executives drive their strategy/objectives and translate them into marketing actions.
- Consolidate and manage new initiative requests, leading decisions and global execution.
- Specifically support existing activities (events, dinners, and hospitality) through an ABM lens.
- Provide and launch new recommendations based on analysis or observation.
- Infuse ABM strategy into all initiatives and tactics, acting as the Audience Marketing point of contact for any internal project/pilot around ABM within Salesforce France.
- Define measurements to improve support needed to monitor ABM activities (follow-up dashboard) and develop ad hoc KPIs in connection with audience targets and the French C-Level Method.
- Orchestrate ABM digital footprint with the EMEA web team in connection with our Marketing content team and our Audience digital global strategy.
Requirements:
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to liaise effectively with key sales and strategy stakeholders.
- Accountability for results.
- Strong analytical capability for understanding and managing results and building innovative KPIs.
- Proven track record as a dynamic, pragmatic, and flexible marketing professional.
