Summary
We are looking for a driven individual who is excited about leading in the implementation, and administration of the sales compensation programs, working with sales leadership, sales teams, finance, and human resources in EMEA.
The ideal candidate will ensure compensation is competitive, performance-based, and aligned with business priorities.
The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment. This role will report to the VP of Sales Operations EMEA.
Job Responsibilities
• Spearhead the implementation, and operational aspects of all sales variable payments, including commissions, draws, and SPIFFs in accordance with the monthly commission process for all commissionable employees in EMEA
• Oversee management and configuration of our sales commission system
• Maintain system integrity and address any technical issues or enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compensation plans seamlessly within the organisational matrix
• Establish strong relationships with cross-functional peers, supporting Sales leadership, Sales, Human Resources, and Finance teams with monthly and quarterly metrics and reporting
• Plan, organise and execute compensation programs collecting and analysing data, coordinating information delivery with key stakeholders, and aligning with strategic priorities so that compensation attracts, engages, and retains top talent
• Support and advise human resources community and other stakeholders to ensure consistent application of programs and policies
• Resolve commissions disputes and manage exceptions processes
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of variable incentive payments
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Compensation or related Sales Operations role; experience at a high-growth technology company
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to address senior executives and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively across functions and levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated success in a collaborative, highly matrixed organisation, good business acumen and awareness of business trends, high degree of motivation, responsibility, and flexibility
• Experienced in change management
• Ability to operate and deliver independently
• Fluent in English
