The French Team are seeking a Senior Brand Experience Manager to join us! Not only are these brands leaders in their respective categories, we have high growth ambitions and are looking for a Marketing Leader to help us get there!

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Brand Experience Manager who understands consumer insights, brand strategy, and can translate those into remarkable marketing strategies. This individual is up to date with trends, culture, and should be curious about the changing media landscape and how best to approach it. They should LOVE thinking about consumers and finding new ways to reach them.

As a key leader on the French Brand Team, you will be a highly visible brand champion and voice of the consumer. You will leverage and hone your expertise in brand experience competencies including strategy building, media/campaign planning, creative development, and consumer outreach. You will collaborate with internal (brand/business teams) and external (agencies, retailers) stakeholders on culturally relevant and innovative ideas that drive business growth with our most important consumers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development Rooted in Consumer Insight – Develop marketing strategies that deliver brand equity, consumer penetration, and market-leading business results.
  • Through the Line Media Planning – Plan and execute impactful cross-channel campaigns. Includes but not limited to ATL (TV, Digital, Social), PR, Experiential, Shopper, Sampling.
  • Content Creation & Campaign Management – Develop impactful branded communications that drive consumer action.
  • Metrics & Reporting – Work with key stakeholders to measure marketing effectiveness and make recommendations for future optimization.
  • A&CP Budget Management – Manage a million-dollar, accountable for planning and budget delivery.

What will you bring to the team?

  • 6+ years of marketing and/or brand management experience, preferably within FMCG
  • Demonstrated functional experience and results in marketing communications, including:
    • Consumer Strategy Development
    • Through-the-line Media Planning
    • Creative Development
    • Effectiveness (Revenue/Profit ROI) Measurement
    • A&CP Budget Planning & Management
  • Strategic, Consumer-First Mindset
    • Able to set clear strategies & tactics rooted in actionable human truths
    • Creative thinking beyond the traditional that translates brand strategy to consumer relevant marketing plans and tactics
  • Innovative and decisive leadership through ambiguity
    • A strong communicator who can articulate with clarity, influence widely, foster relationships, and navigate a matrix organisation
    • Appetite to lead and contribute to a positive, uplifting team culture
    • Comfortable with ambiguity with high capability to prioritize amidst competing stakeholder needs/priorities.
  • Nice to have:
    • Familiarity with retailer and category dynamics within FMCG
    • Strong understanding of shopper marketing and merchandising
    • Working knowledge of other FMCG functions and their impact to business and P&L
  • Languages: Fluent in French & English
