The Client Solutions Manager for Meta GBG team partners with our clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. This is an opportunity to be at the center of some of Facebook’s most important commercial relationships in the EMEA region. The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships, providing business insights, driving revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach. Success in this position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service and commercial acumen, and be able to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment.This role will be located in our Paris office and it is a Full Time Employment.

Client Solutions Manager Responsibilities:

  • Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
  • Manage marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners
  • Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
  • Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client’s marketing objectives
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients, agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners for example) Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals
  • Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and experience to manage workstreams Management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
  • Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated experience to lead multiple and cross functional projects while maintaining a high attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional/online marketing ecosystem
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and with multiple layers within the organization (internally and externally).
  • 5 years minimum experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Demonstrated experience to act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ad tech, working with data, knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages a plus
  • Experience as a Meta user and knowledge of Meta’s ad products
  • Experience working directly with/at agencies (advertising/digital/media), industry experience, or consulting background as well as in the CPG and/or Tech sectors
