To support its commercial development in Europe, Fives Machining SAS, a subsidiary of the French engineering group Fives, is recruiting its European Commercial Manager for Transport, Defense, Energy and Industry sectors.
Reporting to the European Sales Director, you develop the sales of our high-speed machining machine tools and our composite laying machines to major European contractors.
Do you like the challenge? So here are your missions:
You implement the commercial strategy for Europe by relying on the equipment and solutions of the “Metal Cutting & Composite” division, whose factories are based in France, the USA and Canada.
You manage the portfolio of existing customers and you lead an effective prospecting and promotion process to expand it.
You carry out technical, commercial and contractual negotiations with the support of experts from the subsidiary or from the group.
You actively contribute to the business development of the company.

Education and Experiences

Required profile
Technical training, ideally combined with a business school diploma, you have at least 5 years of experience in business development, ideally in the industrial sector and in a B to B context.
Knowledge of the machining or composite field would be a real advantage for this position.
The position requires fluent oral and written English and requires frequent travel in Europe, as well as on our various subsidiaries.
You are business oriented, demonstrate autonomy and are passionate about technology. We will be particularly sensitive to your team spirit, your ability to listen and to persuade. You are recognized for your relational adaptability and your sense of customer service.
